I am Angelica Convertino, guardian of the Apulian tradition. My job is to bring the authenticity of our land, its history and culture to the table, for those looking for a unique experience, wherever they are.

I grew up with my grandmother in a farmhouse, surrounded by pastures, trees, flour and tomatoes, and today, with passion and dedication, I propose these genuine flavors that tell a story. For me, quality is fundamental: I select only local and organic products, at km 0, to offer dishes that respect tradition without compromise.

My work also stands out for my specialization in traditional cooking, which has always characterized the cuisine of our land. Orecchiette, brasciole, panzerotti and cooking in pignata and with coal, as it was once done: each dish is prepared with techniques that enhance each ingredient and each detail, to offer you an unparalleled gastronomic experience.
