I grew up with my grandmother in a farmhouse, surrounded by pastures, trees, flour and tomatoes, and today, with passion and dedication, I propose these genuine flavors that tell a story. For me, quality is fundamental: I select only local and organic products, at km 0, to offer dishes that respect tradition without compromise.
My work also stands out for my specialization in traditional cooking, which has always characterized the cuisine of our land.
