The Sgobba oil mill is enclosed by secular olive trees. It is located in the middle of Puglia typical countryside and it is a few kilometers from the magnificent caves of Castellana, a small town in the South-East of Puglia. It was built in the thirties and since then it has always been a family run business.
The Sgobba oil mill conserves the traditions, the old method of extracting for pressing, the typicial squeezing out and the cold separation. Our extra virgin olive oil was born from the first squeezing out of selected olives and it keeps the nutritional and organoleptic properties intact.
Everything originates from our olives which we hand harvest in our estate. We select olives from trustworthy, who come from the whole Puglia, then we wrap them and distribute in the entire world.
