Scinuá is a fresh and informal place, located in a cellar in the historic center. The cuisine is based on the reinterpretation of the inland tradition, using only typical and seasonal ingredients, preferring vegetable raw materials. Meats from sustainable farms with particular attention to Quinto quarto preparations. Cellar with a Pugliese feel as well as the selection of oils and dairy products. Focaccia and desserts, prepared at home.
