
Casa dei Salumi e Formaggi was born on 29 June 1991 in Putignano (BA) thanks to Giacomo, Carlo’s father – current owner, and his passion for his work, which for the first time left the streets of the markets to enter a business .
After a few years, management passed to Carlo who retained the soul of sacrifice and passion, which has always been a hallmark of our family.
The aim of our activity is to carry on the tradition of a historic and increasingly less widespread job, adapting it to new market demands
In November 2021, after thirty years, Casa dei Salumi e Formaggi abandons its historic location to redo its look in a new, larger environment, but without ever changing its characteristics.
Cured meats, cheeses, cod and other products arrive in this small town in Puglia from the best Italian companies and, accompanied by the kindness of the staff, make this place a temple of goodness.
Today the story continues with many years still to be lived together with our customers, our second family, to whom we bring the flavors of our land every day.
