Our immersive tours include a visit inside the cellar with the expert guidance of our events manager, who will make visitors appreciate the beauties and uniqueness that the cellar hides and preserves.
At the end of the short but evocative tour, the visit will continue with the discovery of the barrel cellar, the place where Terrecarsiche keeps its treasures. Everything will then end with the tasting of 3 wines from the cellar, usually in a color scale, combined with one of our formats: aperitif, reinforced aperitif or reinforced aperitif with first course.
3 different packages based on the selected wines and for each of the packages 3 variants with relative prices are available. Aperitif, reinforced aperitif and reinforced aperitif with first course.

Gioia del Colle DOC
At the end of the visit to the cellar, there will be a tasting of 3 red wines accompanied by a selection of typical Apulian products.
The route includes:
- Fanova
- Fanova Reserve
- Regula Magistri
It is possible to taste the three labels in combination with one of the following formats:
- Aperitif €30.00 Platter with capocollo and caciocavallo, taralli and olives
- Reinforced aperitif €40.00 (minimum 6 people) Platter with capocollo and caciocavallo, taralli, olives and selection of typical Apulian products
- Reinforced aperitif with first course €45.00 (minimum 8 pax)
Payment for the experience will take place in the cellar at the end of the journey

At the end of the visit to the cellar, there will be a tasting of 3 different wines accompanied by a selection of typical Apulian products.

- Gioia Rosa (rosé)
- Cava Bianca (white)
- Fanova (red)
It is possible to taste the three labels in combination with one of the following formats:
